Anna Gunn’s Gown Is Anything But ‘Bad’ At The Emmys

In celebration of the series finale of Breaking Bad, which is happening in only a few days, I thought it would only be appropriate to showcase the wonderful and talented actress Anna Gunn.

Anna Gunn is stunning in this Romona Keveza gown, which is a strapless little number featuring a pale pink flowing skirt and black beaded/lace/awesome bodice.

Anna is absolutely gorgeous in this dress, which is a perfect mix of classic and bold. The long dress is the perfect shade of pink and flows into a long train, and kind of makes her look like she is floating on air here. The bodice makes for a great contrast in texture, and the asymmetrical design makes for a perfect touch, and still lets a bit of the pink show through. To top it off, the black clutch is perfect and simple.

Anna’s hair is simple, with just the right amount of messy which makes for a fun and flirty look. Her earrings are also a pale pink, and the tear drop design adds to her elegant look.

Oh yeah, did I mention that Anna Gunn won the Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series? She accepted the award last Sunday for her role as Skyler White in Breaking Bad, which by the way is an amazing and heart wrenching show (and that’s the truth, because I have never really showed enough interest in TV shows to follow them all the way through, and this one has got me till the bitter end). Anna has received lots of backlash for her role as Walter White’s wife, who stands up to her drug lord husband. She proudly defended her role in an article in the New York Times called, I Have a Character Issue, and it can be read here: so take that, Skyler haters!

...maybe I’m getting a little too into this. For those of you who don’t watch Breaking Bad, I apologize. For those of you who do, let’s talk about it in the comments! I will be ALL over it.
